What kind of ad files do you accept?
We support MP4 video files and high-resolution static images (JPG or PNG). For the best quality, we recommend 1920x1080 resolution and minimal on-screen text. If you don’t have a ready-made ad, our creative team can produce one for an additional one-time fee.
Can I change my ad during the month?
Yes. You can update your creative once per billing cycle at no extra charge. Additional swaps are available for a small trafficking fee to cover scheduling and quality checks across all 12 screens.
Is there a long-term contract?
