Do you provide the cameras, or manage what we already have?

Both. Many customers come to us with existing cameras that aren’t being monitored or maintained. If your hardware is compatible, we’ll adopt and manage it under your plan. If you’re starting from scratch, we can recommend and supply cameras that fit your site, budget, and risk level.

Is this a long-term contract?

Most SafeSight plans are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. Hardware purchases and leases may have separate terms, but the ongoing managed service is designed to stay flexible as your business changes.

What happens when a camera goes offline?

Our systems automatically flag offline or degraded cameras. We first attempt remote fixes—restarts, configuration checks, bandwidth optimizations. If we can’t resolve it remotely, we’ll coordinate next steps with you, which may include a scheduled on-site visit depending on your plan and location.

Can my team access live views and recordings?

Yes. Your plan includes secure access for owners and managers. You can view live feeds, scrub recordings, and download clips. Higher tiers add more granular user controls, retention options, and audit trails if you need them.
